ENROLLMENT/DEGREE VERIFICATION

Verification letters are often required by various loan, insurance and government agencies.

There are two ways to obtain an official Verification letter:

1. Present a picture ID to the Records Offices and we will provide you a letter bearing the school seal.  JCJC does not mail Verification letters.

2. To conveniently serve JCJC students around the clock, JCJC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status and degrees.  You can obtain an official Verification letter at any time via the Clearinghouse Web site at www.studentclearinghouse.org.

1. Click on the Students tab
2. Click on EnrollmentVerify, then click Credit Card Purchase. There
   is a $2.50 per certificate fee, which you can charge to your Visa,
   MasterCard or American Express credit card.
3. Print your Enrollment Verification Certificate.

NOTE:  The National Clearinghouse cannot verify good student discounts.
