A Message from the President of Jones College

The events of 2020 remind us all of the importance of family, friends, and a community that shares our successes, failures, joys, and hardships. The Jones College family was not spared from the impacts of the virus nor from the massive storms that ravaged homes across south Mississippi. The COVID19 virus has taken us out of the classroom and rather abruptly changed the course of education. Nonetheless, our values have only grown stronger as a result.

Jones alumni never fail the call to lend a helping hand by their loyalty and generosity to their maroon and gold alma mater by paying it backward and forward for many generations of Bobcats. Thank you to all who love Jones College and demonstrate this every year, every day, every time the need arises. Without the support of many through the JCJC Foundation, Inc., we could not carry out our mission of Inspiring Greatness in our students who go on to do great and inspiring things all over the world.

Time is precious. Wisdom is rare. But, love for our students has never been more abundant.
