The Jones County Junior College Advanced Technology Center is located on 15 acres of the Howard Technology Park. This 15 acre parcel borders the Park Boulevard on the east and I-59 on the west, and is located south of the Hwy 590 exit from I-59. The ATC is more than just a physical structure. It represents all the components for success coming together under one roof.

The project was designed by Michael Foil of Foil-Wyatt Architects and Planners of Jackson, Mississippi. C. Perry Builders of Sumrall, MS, is the general contractor. Funding for the facility comes from the State of Mississippi, Jones County Junior College, and the JCJC Foundation.
