Cost: $125.00
Federal requirements for food handlers specify that anyone serving prepared food to the public must be certified. The ServSafe class at JCJC prepares the student for the certification and exam.
JCJC has established a reputation as a leader in ServSafe certification training with an outstanding success rate. Payment must be made and books picked up one week prior to class and read before attending class to be able to keep pace with the class presentation. Remember that you must re-certify every five years, so check your certificate to ensure that you are in compliance.
