MSVCC
Beginning in the Fall of 2006, Jones began offering 100% online instruction through our participation in the Mississippi Virtual Community College (MSVCC), a consortium of the state's community and junior colleges. Each semester a wide variety of online classes will be available. These courses will cover essentially the same materials as traditional or hybrid courses, but in a 100% online environment. There will be one to three proctored tests for each course. The courses are taught by instructors from all of the participating member schools. Therefore some courses in the Jones schedules will not be taught by Jones instructors, but all will offer credit on the Jones transcript.
