.:HEALTH SERVICES:.

HEALTH SERVICES

Services and Fees offered at JCJC health Services.

Here at Health Services we offer episodic care for minor illness and injuries. Illness or injuries that require a more intense evaluation and/or treatment ( I.E., Xrays, lab studies) will be referred to an off campus provider of your choice. Clinic staff will be glad to offer assistance by making a list of providers available in our area and helping to secure an appointment with the provider of your choice

We are offering a section of the clinic this year called Self – Care. The Self – Care Program component to our clinic is designed for those people desiring to treat themselves. You can simply designate the product of items you wish us to give you and tell us what problem you are treating. In addition to the product(s) you request, we will provide you with some self – care instructions that address your problem. With the use of self – care please understand that the clinic staff will not be evaluating your situation and/or rendering medical or nursing advice. This in not to replace or represent clinical evaluation and treatment. If this is not successful during a reasonable time frame, please consult with a health care provider of your choice. There will be a small fee associated with some of the supplies. Please ask if you have a question about the fee and which products apply to this.
