FINANCIAL AIDFile your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), which is also known as Pell Grant online at fafsa.ed.gov as soon as possible after January 1. The priority deadline for FAFSA is May 1 for the upcoming school year. FAFSA forms and worksheets are available at JONES or by contacting your high school counselor. Include JONES' code – 002411. |

TESTINGTake the ACT/SAT and request scores be sent to Jones. The JCJC code is 2206. A Residual ACT is offered several times a month throughout the year. Contact the JCJC Student Success Center at 601-477-4257 for testing dates or additional information. |

TRANSCRIPTSRequest an official copy of the final high school transcript after graduation to be mailed to JONES. Students are not fully admitted to JONES until all official transcripts and ACT scores have been received. |

ORIENTATION/EARLY REGISTRATIONThe Student Success Center (SSC) will offer early registration for spring classes to new students beginning November 7, 2011. Academic counselors are available to make class schedules with students. To schedule an appointment, contact the SSC at (601) 477-4149. |
