Administrative duties for Business Manager. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint. Strong oranizational, verbal and written communication skills. Customer-service oriented and attention to detail. Exemplify a strong work ethic and time management skills along with the ability to multi-task. Duties include processing new hires, work a phone system, greet the public, reconciling bank lockbox account for all AR/Miscellaneous funds received, maintain all trade agreements and trade usage merchandise, assist with monthly financial close and maintenance of the general ledger, submit non-cash prize winner information, ensure all employee records be maintained and kept confidential. |
