Job Description:
Qualifications: Knowing and understanding safety regulations; able to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical and related drawings; strong knowledge of planning and scheduling; apply good problem solving and conflict resolutions skills; able to take on new challenges and adjust to change; can motivate and mentor crew members; five years Road and Bridge Construction experience.
Key Duties: Provide leadership to construction crew members; coordinate crews; follow project plan and schedules; ensure work meets company standards. |
