Seasonal General Laborer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

These positions are responsible for the general care and cleaning of buildings and grounds.  Which entails performing a variety of manual labor duties that may include, but not limited to, maintaining lawn, sweeping facility floors, organizing buildings, and assisting in loading and unloading trucks as needed.  Must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university.  Must be able to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  Ability to work outdoors and maintain physical condition necessary to perform manual labor and lifting of heavy objects.  Ability to operate weed eaters, blowers, hedge shears, lawn mowers, and small equipment.  Ability to demonstrate acceptance of responsibility; flexibility in acceptance of assignments; and exhibit dependability and good work ethic.
