needing support on all models of digital game cameras sold under the brand
name “ Requirements: Good listening skills to analyze the
problem that the customer is having with their camera. Answer customer’s questions in a
professional manner. Be familiar with
the use of game cameras in scouting and hunting deer. Knowledge of electronics is helpful, but
not necessary. Basic Computer skills
to issue RMA numbers to customers and enter information about camera when
needed. The company will give the
person the required training. |
