JCJC Kids' College Registration Application

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Location: D. O. Thoms Physical Education Building
Tuition Cost: $125.00 per child.
A check for the tuition amount should be made payable to JCJC and mailed with the registration form.
Checks must be received by 5-23-08. After May 23, only money orders will be accepted as payment.
Even if the child cannot attend each day, the tuition amount does not change.
Registration is not complete unless full payment is received with a completed registration form.
Tuition includes lunch, snack, and all supplies for each day.

Registration is open to children who will complete grades first through sixth in May 2008.
Registration is on a first register/first pay basis with a limited number of children accepted per grade.
