Non-Traditional Student Services
We recognize the difficult hurdles that come with being a non-traditional student. You may have the desire to attend college but not know where to start. You may feel that you don’t have enough time to juggle work, family, and your education.
Comprehensive services provided at the Non-Traditional Student Success Center can help you make informed decisions that lead to success.
Our center offers:
- Computer lab space
- Comfortable study areas
The Non-Traditional Student Success Center provides a strong foundation of support for nontraditional students. You can succeed at Jones!
The mission of the Non-Traditional Student Success Center is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and relevant environment where non-traditional students can build a network of support that addresses their unique and special needs.
What is a non-traditional student?
Non-traditional students consist of adult students, married students, parents/single parents, GED recipients, former students, graduates or reverse transfer students, veterans, retirees, students changing careers, and students who feel they do not fit the “traditional student” profile.
