OneCard FAQ's

What do I do if I lost my OneCard?
Deactivate your lost or stolen card on your myJones account online or by contacting the OneCard Office at (601) 477-4035 during business hours. The JCJC OneCard Office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday and 7:30 AM through 4:00 PM on Friday (holidays not included). Cardholders with an active Money Network account should also call 800-822-4283 to report the card lost or stolen. The replacement fee for a lost, stolen, or damaged card is $40.

How do I check my Bobcat Bucks Balance?
You can check your Bobcats Bucks balance by logging into your myJones account.  Click the “OneCard” tab at the top, eAccounts.  There you will see your balance.  You may email onecard services at onecard@jcjc.edu

How can I transfer financial aid to Bobcat Bucks?
On the myJones, complete a Bobcat Bucks Transfer form. If approved, transfers are processed the following business day by 4 PM.

How can I make a deposit to Bobcat Bucks?
You can make a deposit online by logging into your myJones account.  All major credit cards are accepted.  You can also make a deposit in person at the Business Office. 

Where can I use Bobcat Bucks?
You may use Bobcat Bucks on campus and at many locations in Ellisville, Laurel and Hattiesburg.   See our web page for a list of Locations.

Can I withdraw cash from Bobcat Bucks?
No, you may not withdraw cash from Bobcat Bucks. However, your Bobcat Bucks will remain on your card each semester that you are a student.  Your Bucks are refundable at the end of each semester.

Can I transfer money from Bobcat Bucks to my Money Network Debit account?
No, Bobcat Bucks may not be transferred to the Money Network Debit account.

How do I check my Money Network Debit account balance?
Call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and choose balance inquiry or login to your Money Network account on the web at www.moneynetworkedu.com.

How do I activate my Money Network Debit OneCard?
Call the 1-800 number on the back of your card to activate the Money Network account. You will follow voice prompts to enter the card number, your birthday, and select your PIN.

How do I get my PIN?
Call the 1-800 number on the back of your card to activate the Money Network account. You will follow voice prompts to enter the card number, your birthday, and select your PIN.

What do I do if I forgot my PIN?
Call Money Network Customer Service.  That 1-800 number is on the back of your card.

How do I opt out of Electronic Refunds?
If you wish to receive your refund by paper check, you can make that election on myJones>OneCard>eRefund authorization. Please allow and additional 48 hours for processing paper checks.

How do I know if I’ve already signed up for Electronic Refunds?
On the myJones, select OneCard then eRefund Authorization.  If the box for “I prefer to wait for a paper check” remains unchecked, you are signed up to receive an eRefund.

How do I know if my refund has been deposited to my OneCard?
Check your Money Network account balance by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your card or by logging into your Money Network account online at www.moneynetworkedu.com.  Disbursements are usually available by noon on refund day.

How do I find a free ATM?
On the web, visit the Allpoint Locator at http://locator.allpointnetwork.com.  Select any city to find the locations nearest you. Download the Money Network app to access nearby ATM's that are surcharge free.

How do I use the free Money Network Checks?
Money Network Checks can be used to pay bills, such as rent and utilities.  You can also write a Check to yourself and cash it for free at participating Walmart Money Centers.  Money Network Checks must be activated before they can be used.  The Checks include detailed instructions for activation.

Can I transfer money from my Money Network Debit account to Bobcat Bucks?
Yes, you can use your Money Network Debit account to make a deposit to Bobcat Bucks.  Do this online by logging into your myJones.  Select the OneCard tab and eAccounts.  You can also do so in person at the Business Office.

How do I deposit money in my Money Network Debit account?
In addition to having your student funds from the College disbursed to your Account, you can add money directly from other jobs, government benefits or other bank accounts.  To learn more about this Reloadable option, call Money Network Customer Service at 1-800-822-4283.
