| Percussionists audition in three categories: snare drum, mallets, and timpani. | ||||||
| A student may audition in any single category or any combination of categories. | ||||||
| If student earns a spot in the band in more than one area
they can choose which instrument they prefer to play. This choice will be made before the student auditions, to avoid communication errors and delays. |
