ITEMS DISCUSSED:

1. Possible rehearsal sites discussed.

Student union discussed as a possible site for rehearsal. St. Thomas' is too small for this group. Sammy Barr and Kyle Hill will travel to USM to check thing out. John Ungurait will officially request that facility.

Audition music was passed out to each director. Percussion music was not written but Percussion B from past list will be used. Todd Hill will be paid $300 for music. The next composer should be contacted after the February meeting. Music for next years auditions should be available for September Meeting.

First rehearsal will be held Thursday at 6 pm. Concert at 7:30 pm (H.S. Jazz ensemble and USM Jazz ensemble)

Listed on website: La Quinta Inn on Hwy 49. $69 per room per night. Rooms should be reserved by January 27. Bring school check - no PO's please. Check in is 3 pm and check out is noon Saturday.
