1. Officer Nominations
Matt Pickering of Jones was nominated as secretary. No other nominations mentioned. Shaw Furlow made motion to elect Matt by acclamation. Motion seconded and passed by members present.

2. Clinic 2008
Location: MSU Starkville, MS
Clinician: Gary Cook will be contacted by Jared Brownlee
.
3. Audition Music for All State 2008
Cliff Taylor will be contacted by Jared Brownlee and asked to write next set of music for all state. Steve Barnett was mentioned as a back up. Note: This years saxophone music was not difficult enough.

4. Next Meeting
Date: Friday after Labor Day Holiday. (Please see minutes from September 1, 2006 meeting)
