Welcome to the JCJC Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Division website.
The mission of the Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Division is to prepare physical education majors to transfer to universities or colleges where they can complete their baccalaureate degree. The HPR Division seeks to provide qualified instructors, quality instruction, and maintain up-to-date equipment and facilities.
The HPR Division includes the following transfer programs: Personal and Community Health, Introduction to HPR, Major Sports, Athletic Training and Treatment, Physical Education activity classes (I, II, III, IV), Individual and Dual Sports, and Varsity Sports.
