The Jones County Junior College Science Club (Sponsors Dr. Matthew Burnham and Dr. Joan Weatherford) and Engineering Club (Sponsor Mrs. Mary Boleware) chose to assist the Hattiesburg Area Habitat for Humanity; because they have helped low-income families build and own their own homes since 1990.

“Anytime you open the season 3-0, you’re doing something right,” JCJC Head Coach Eddie Pierce said coming off of another win in week three.

Ducksworth leads rout of Northeast
Jasper Ducksworth ran for four touchdowns and Elliott McGaskin turned in two exceptional defensive plays for touchdowns to lead the Bobcats to a 39-9 victory over the Northeast Tigers at Bobcat Stadium on August 30.

Jones wins in final seconds to remain unbeaten
After jumping out to a quick lead over the East Central Warriors (2-1) in week three, the No. 11 ranked Bobcats (3-0) were forced to respond twice with touchdowns in the fourth quarter to take a 32- 29 win in Decatur on an extremely wet, nasty night as Hurricane Humberto passed through the area.

Relationships are very complicated. With things that plague almost every relationship, such as annoying habits, different lives and many other issues, there would be no reason to want to add any more strain onto a relationship like getting involved with a vampire.

Today’s music lacks originality
In 1896 the first telephone was invented by Alexander Bell. Charles Ginsburg invented the VCR in the 1950’s. While all of these very handy items can be revised and improved, they cannot be reinvented.
