Transferring To A University
Students planning to transfer to 4-year schools should be aware that each university determines its own degree requirements. Students planning to transfer should use the degree plan and/or transfer requirements at that particular college to guide their choice of courses at JCJC.
The SSC has a transfer specialist on staff to address all questions or issues that Jones students may encounter when trying to transfer. Students can visit the SSC to look at college catalogs, pick up additional materials from other colleges, and learn about any exisiting Jones agreements with other colleges.
College websites contain valuable information for incoming students. Jones students are encouraged to become familiar with all the options for the college of their choice.
