Wayne Sanderson Farms is seeking a motivated IT Maintenance Technician to join our Collins
Complex. This role is critical to maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and IT-related
systems in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical and IT-related systems
Diagnose and repair wiring, controls, and electrical components - Support production electrical infrastructure
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities to ensure system reliability
Work closely with maintenance and IT teams to minimize downtime - Follow all safety, food safety, and company policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field
Maintenance experience preferred, especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Experience with warehouse electrical systems strongly preferred - Ability to troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues
- Basic knowledge of control systems, electrical schematics, and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
