Anyone who has a complaint on the campus of  Jones College should first make an attempt to resolve the problem immediately with the person directly involved. Completion of this form assumes that you have been unable to resolve the complaint directly with the person involved and also attest to the truth and accuracy of the information provided. No accusation or retaliation will be brought against you as a result of filing a complaint. All complaints will be investigated immediately upon submission of this information.
