Program Info

Gain knowledge and training in food safety. Course topics include sanitation and the flow of food through the operation.
The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of food service
industry experts. Topics include sanitation, the flow of food through the operation and more. The $150
registration fee includes the cost of the textbook and processing the exam. It is important that fees be paid
and book received two weeks prior to the seminar. Class size is limited and registration will be taken on a
first-come, first-paid basis.
