Eligibility for Return

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AS PURCHASED

Full refunds and/or exchanges for textbooks are allowed if the books are returned with receipt through the second full week that classes meet (first week following registration during summer registration.) After this date, books are considered used & not returnable.

New books returned for full credit must be in new and original condition. (i.e. NO highlighting, writing, water damage, stains, and worn, creased or dog-eared pages, etc. Shrink-wrapped books or packages must not be opened in order to get a full refund).

Keep your Receipt! The Bookstore does not keep copies of your receipts. Many customers ask for copies of receipts when Income Tax time rolls around. The Bookstore can not provide these.

Non-Textbooks Items:
Refunds and/or exchanges are allowed if the merchandise is returned (in saleable condition) with a receipt with 7 days of purchase..

Non-Returnables:
All sales are final on readers, Cliffs Notes, special-order textbooks, reference books, etc. Sale items are final.
